Thanks for the article! Adam Again's Homeboys album is absolutely great. I hope to get more of their albums in the future.

Good God, "River on Fire" is the most haunting song I've heard this year. Stunning. Thanks for sharing and introducing me to Adam Again, DW.

I wholly and gratefully echo this comment. Thanks AA, and thanks Dw!

Thanks so much for the great article and the interview. Adam Again was a very special band. "Brave" truly is the best word for DIG and PERFECTA. I met Gene after a Lost Dogs show in 1996, and even after 2 hours of playing he just radiated energy and encouragement and kindness. He was also dryly hilarious.

gimme gimme the steve taylor post. I listened to him a lot back then...wondered about his secular phase (actually thot it was a joke) but I thought he had some gr8 trax, such as "to forgive"...would love to hear the dunphy blast on him...i kept cassettes, btw including the meltdown remix cassingle...don't have many others...

Great article on a great band and a great artist. This is the stuff I come to Popdose for -- reminders of the music that didn't get a lot of airplay and the musicians that have been overlooked for too long.

I agree with the call for a Steve Taylor article along with Terry Taylor and Larry Norman!

Great interview, Dw. Between this and the downthelinezine, it's good to hear from the former AA members. I need to listen to "Dig" this week...
