I like that she's trying to channel the sprit of Free to Be, You and Me in her kid music projects. That album was very corny, but damn if I don't periodically sing some of the songs -- or remember the spoken-word pieces.

Several years ago (2002?) Gwen, who was a FtB...YaM obsessive as a child, took our son Jacob to a live revival of the show in Greenwich Village. He loved it--though her fondest memory of the afternoon was sitting next to Cynthia Nixon.
